Scope of works
Reillywood Construction carried out a full property renovation at Lancaster Road in October 2026. The works included bathroom refurbishment, internal decoration and replacement floor finishes across the living spaces, kitchen and loft rooms.
The bathroom was updated with grey finishes, a vanity unit and a glass bath screen. Existing features were retained where shown, including the living-room fireplace and kitchen cabinetry. The photographs below document the condition before the works and the resulting finishes.
