The brief
A full reset, with a four-week programme.
Working alongside a North London management agent, our brief was to make a distressed property fit for occupation quickly, safely and without compromising on the finish.
The photo record below shows the starting point: failing finishes, water-damaged ceilings, outdated fixtures and rooms requiring a complete reset. Reillywood coordinated every stage of the recovery under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract.
Our in-house team delivered the strip-out, re-plastering, electrical and plumbing works, kitchen and bathroom installation, flooring and decoration. This kept the programme moving and the client informed from first visit to handover.
Day one
The condition we inherited.
Twelve unedited photographs from the initial inspection. This is the work behind the result.

The handover
The finished property.
Four weeks after starting on site, the property was finished top to bottom, photographed, signed off and ready for occupation.
